Wizard Screens can mount on practically any single or double door frame up to 108” in height, 96” in width: Front entry doors,
patio doors, French doors, sliding glass doors, rectangular or square window frames, in-swing or out-swing doors. They can also
be sized and mounted on just about any window frame.

We start by carefully measuring your door frame, threshold, and mounting surfaces unique to every door. You’ll then choose from
7 colors to compliment your door frame. After cutting each screen system down to size, we will professionally install the screen

Wizard retractable screens have a
channel in the back of the screen
housing that is used for mohair
sealing strips and rubber “bug flaps”.
 Most competitors use silicon sealant to
block gaps between the screen housing
and door frame. This can be messy and
unsightly.         
 Because Wizard screen housings are not glued
to your house, the installation is more attractive.
Wizard screen installation and repairs are
quicker and easier.
Wizard utilizes a bug flap for patio
slider installations.
 Some competitors use an aluminum metal
piece for patio slider installations. This
requires yet another unsightly bead of
sealant.

Wizard’s housing end caps and door
handles have color-matched plugs to
hide the screws.
 Some competitor’s screens do not have
plugs to hide the mounting screws.
 The plugs help make Wizard installations
cleaner and more attractive. Wizard screens are
less obtrusive and more stylish.
Wizard uses a premium screen
fabric. It is heavy-duty pvc coated
fiberglass manufactured by Phifer, the
preferred screen in the industry. This
screen material is 5-15 times
stronger than standard window or
door mesh.
 Competitors generally use a standard
screen material which is not heavy duty, or
charge extra for upgrading to a heavy duty
screen.
 The screen material is the most important
component in retractable screens. In the six
years Wizard industries has used this premium
screen material, we have not had to replace any
screens due to rips or tears. Other screen
options include solar screens and screens with
small openings to block very small “noseeum”
(sand fly) insects.
Child safety. Wizard has an available
option for speed reduction. We use a
high quality mechanical speed
reducer. (Gel speed reducers can
leak and are greatly affected by
temperature),
 The competition may not have this option
available or only offer an inferior viscous
(liquid) or gel speed reducer
 Beware of retractable screens that snap back
and can pinch or break fingers, especially for
kids. Our speed reducer braking system allows
a sloooooowwww and consistent retraction
back into the housing unit without fear of hurting
precious fingers.

Gaps in the housing, mounts, and the screen mesh intersection are small details that will invite insects to move in. That’s
